When we moved back to Germany, everything went pretty fast.
Too fast.
So we made the decision to organize a little good bye England party for.
When my friend A. offered to host the party at her mothers house, I was delighted.
I've known Granny Sue since the first year our daughter was in nursery. She is an amazing woman and you would never ever expect her to be 69 ...
Even if I've heard a lot about her house, I've never been there.
When we arrived, I was stunned. An old charming house. BIG. And a garden most people can only dream of. A living "Secret garden". With trees to climb, swings, parts to discover, fruits, vegetables, phantastic.
So the kids, friends of her old school, run around, grabbed the typical party food - sandwiches, crisps, sausage rolls, sausages, pizza, cheese and pineapple, strawberries, chocolate fingers, swiss rolls, cookies - and have hardly been seen the next hours while the parents had a cuppa tea and chatted.
Thank you Granny Sue to give us the opportunity to party in your house and thank you A. to organize everything for us! I hope it will help our daughter to say "Good bye" ....
